Liquid Degreaser Would Using A Product With Petroleum Distillates Remove Liquid Latex From Clothing?

Would using a product with petroleum distillates remove liquid latex from clothing? - liquid degreaser

I have a big shed a jacket, and it solidifies. After several attempts to remove it seems to be sticky, but not liquids. But when it comes to washing, it seems almost rubbery texture. Just outside, but it is mainly transferred or returned to its original shape. I read that products such as vaseline oil can dissolve the latex, but not specifically with liquid latex. I use this special engine degreaser may work, because it has petroleum distillates.
